Latteria Sorrentina Frozen Burrata
Italian burrata made with pasteurised cow’s milk, with a pasta filata shell and a creamy heart of UHT cream and frayed mozzarella. Each individual portion weighs 100g. Serve with tomatoes and bread or add to pizza after baking, once prepared according to the pack instructions.

Storage and preparation
Supplied frozen. Keep frozen and follow the instructions on the product packaging for thawing, refrigerated storage and use after thawing.
