EASTER Shipping - We are closed Good Friday, Saturday & Easter Monday. Orders placed before 3pm Thursday 2nd April will be delivered on Easter Saturday/Sunday. Normal shipping resumes on Tuesday 7th April.

UK Mainland Shipping

FREE UK Standard Shipping on orders over £59.99

UK Next Business Day Delivery: From £4.60

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Thursday) will be dispatched the same day
All order placed on a Friday before 3pm can be delivered on Saturday*
All ordered placed on Saturday B4 11am can be delivered on Sunday*

NOTE * chilled/frozen products ordered on Friday,Saturday & Sunday will not be dispatched until the following business day (usually Monday) and delivered by Tuesday/Wednesday. UNLESS the option for a Saturday or Sunday shipping service is available at checkout and is selected.

Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched Saturday for delivery on Sunday (option available)

Order placed after 11am on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

We ship all orders using Royal Mail/DPD/Fedex/Parcelforce (Please note this is not a guaranteed service so if a parcel takes 2 days to arrive we are unable to reimburse any costs)

We ship to all areas within the United Kingdom (We can no longer ship perishable items to Northern Ireland due to the Windsor Framework arrangements)

 

Scotland - From £4.60 (1-2 Day Delivery) (There is no FREE shipping option for Scottish postcodes)

Exception postcode areas in Scotland and England for Dough balls and chilled products:

We can ship dough balls and chilled items like cheese to these postcode areas but it may take 2 days days. This is due to delayed delivery times by the couriers. These are the effected postcodes:
AB,FK,KA,KW,PA,PH,TR,BT,GY,HS,IV,IM,JE,ZE.

Please allow 1-2 day delivery times to ALL of Scotland. Parcels will contain extra ice packs to allow for this. 

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer for Fresh and Chilled Food Products

Some items are shipped chilled or frozen via a next-day delivery service with tracking provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

If you know you won’t be home, we recommend contacting the courier directly to arrange for the parcel to be left in a safe place, at your own risk.

If delivery is missed and the product becomes compromised (e.g. spoiled, melted), we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

❗ Next-Day Delivery Area Restrictions

Due to transit limitations, we are unable to ship chilled or frozen items to the following locations:

  • Scottish Islands
  • Isle of Man 
  • Channel Islands
  • Northern Ireland

We do still ship ambient (non-perishable) products to these areas.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

 

Missed Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

Multiple failed delivery attempts, or

An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Please note that perishable items cannot be reshipped.

 

Tracking Information

All orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk or spam folder.
