Returns Policy
At Minati, we’re committed to providing top-quality products and a joyful customer experience. Due to the nature of what we sell, our returns policy is slightly different to that of non-perishable goods.
Perishable Products
Most of the items we sell are perishable and/or frozen food products, including dough balls and vegan cheeses. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items once they’ve been dispatched, due to food safety and temperature control regulations.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@minati.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right – either through a replacement, credit, or refund.
Non-perishable Items
If you’ve purchased a non-perishable item (e.g. merchandise or non-food accessories), you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused and in its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send returns without contacting us first – they will not be accepted.
Refunds
For eligible returns, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it can take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
